Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, as well as in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Refund Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refund on Gifts

If you purchased the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift card will be mailed to you once the returned item has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and notify them of your return.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your account again; it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Replacements

Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@assuranceshop.co.ke and bring it to us.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should bring the item to us.

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable courier service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
